Full job descriptionAn independent music company is seeking a creative and digitally driven Marketing Manager to lead global campaigns for artist releases across streaming, social, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead marketing campaigns for singles, EPs, and albums
*Develop release strategies across DSPs and social media
*Drive audience growth, fan engagement, and brand visibility
*Manage paid media campaigns, budgets, and reporting
*Coordinate PR, digital agencies, and creative partners
*Collaborate with artists, management, A&R, and operations teams
*Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategy
About You
*Multiple years’ experience in music marketing, label services, or artist management
*Strong understanding of digital marketing and music release strategy
*Deep knowledge of social platforms, audience trends, and online culture
*Experience managing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and DSPs
*Data-driven, organised, and confident managing multiple projects
*Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
