Our client is seeking a highly motivated General Analyst to join their growing team. This role is designed as an entry point into a broader analytical function, where successful candidates will develop core analytical capabilities before progressing into one of several specialist analyst pathways.

Key Responsibilities
*Analyse and interrogate large volumes of data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities
*Review and validate transactional and billing-related information, ensuring accuracy and consistency
*Apply a structured, detail-oriented approach to data assessment and process adherence
*Support the maintenance and improvement of data quality across business systems
*Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to efficiency enhancements
*Provide insight and reporting to internal stakeholders to support business decision-making
*Work collaboratively across teams to ensure processes deliver optimal customer outcomes
*Undertake repetitive analytical tasks with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
Skills & Experience
*Strong numerical skills with a clear aptitude for analysis
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy
*A methodical, forensic approach to reviewing data
*Confident communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
*Ability to follow structured processes and identify improvements where necessary
*Resilient and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
*Previous work experience desirable (not necessarily within an analytical role)
*Basic to intermediate Excel skills preferred

*Office-based during probation period
*Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation (minimum two days in the office per week)
