My client, a main dealer based in Maidstone, offers excellent career progression opportunities and is currently seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their established team in a busy Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity—interviews are available immediately. You’ll be joining a strong team as the fourth member of the department.
Main Responsibilities:
*Deliver exceptional customer service
*Meet and greet customers in the service reception
*Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service operations
*Book in vehicles and advise on the expected duration of repairs
*Maintain accurate service records and perform basic admin tasks
*Uphold a professional and well-presented appearance
*Apply your knowledge of the motor trade in day-to-day duties
Candidate Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
*Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills
*Well-presented with a smart, professional appearance
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
*A full UK driving licence is essential
