Full job descriptionCommercial Solicitor (1–5 PQE) – Nottingham
Top 150 Law Firm | £54,000 – £75,000 | Hybrid & Flexible Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Top 150 law firm within its highly regarded Commercial Department in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a genuinely people-focused and supportive environment where high-quality work and career development go hand in hand.
The firm offers a highly flexible approach, with both full-time and part-time options available, alongside hybrid working tailored to individual needs.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters, including:
• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including agency, distribution, franchising, and manufacturing agreements
• Advising businesses on intellectual property protection, brand management, and IP licensing arrangements
• Supporting clients on procurement, outsourcing, consultancy, IT projects, software licensing, development, and hosting agreements
• Handling joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investment arrangements, and share option schemes, including EMI schemes
• Advising on corporate governance, directors’ duties, GDPR, and wider data protection matters
This is a varied and engaging role offering exposure to complex and high-quality work across a diverse client base.
