The Ideal Candidate
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 1 Teacher
*Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
*Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to raising attainment
*Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
