NonStop’s client, based in Essex, is currently seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
They are a non profit organisation with a Good Ofsted rating which reflects their commitment to providing exceptional care services.
Benefits:

*Therapeutic agency-offer training for this as well
*Small caseload around 8 carers and capping at 10
*Good Ofsted
*Hybrid working
*30 days annual leave + bank holidays
*Comprehensive benefits package
*Supportive management
*Small, family friendly team
*Minimal out of hours responsibilities
Responsibilities:
*Oversee foster families in and around the South Essex area
*Compliance and Safeguarding
*Multi-Agency Collaboration
*Record Keeping
Requirements:
*Registration with Social work England (SWE)
*Driver
*Up to date with current legislation
*Experience within fostering is a plus
