SEND EHCP Officer - Fully Remote
Location: Lancashire
Working Arrangements: Fully Remote
Rate per day: £266.89 per day
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced SEND EHCP Officer to join Lancashire’s SEND Team on a fully remote basis.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), managing the end-to-end EHCP process across allocated educational settings.
Key Responsibilities:*Manage the full Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process
*Coordinate assessments, plan writing, annual reviews, reassessments, and consultations
*Work closely with schools, families, and multi-agency professionals
*Ensure statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met
*Maintain accurate case records and provide clear communication throughout the process
*Support positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND
Requirements:*Experience working within SEND is essential
*Previous EHCP process or plan writing experience desirable
*Experience working with children, young people, families, and the public
*Experience working collaboratively with partners in a multi-agency setting
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
