Vice President of Finance
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week)
£170,000 circa + bonus + benefits


We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed international data & analytics business on the appointment of a Vice President of Finance.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building and scaling a global finance function across multiple jurisdictions.


This opportunity would suit a finance leader who enjoys operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and has experience across:
*PE-backed businesses
*SaaS / DaaS / Information Services
*International finance operations ideally the US
*FP&A, reporting & controls
*Treasury, tax & transfer pricing
*Finance transformation & systems
*Investor and board-level reporting


Key responsibilities include:
*Leading financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
*Overseeing global reporting & governance
*Managing treasury, cash flow & FX exposure
*Supporting international expansion & tax structuring
*Building scalable finance systems, controls & processes
*Partnering closely with executive leadership & investors


Key/Must have requirements


*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified within a finance leadership role
*Private equity experience
*DaaS/SaaS within a scaling organisation
*International experience (US)
