Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Inbound Customer Services Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in the West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping customers and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
*Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
*Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues
*Updating customer records and processing requests
*Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets
What We’re Looking For
*Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Confident using computer systems and databases
*Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
*Reliable and able to work a rotating 3/2 shift pattern
