This is an opportunity to join a growing independent accountancy and business advisory firm with a strong reputation across the North West.

With continued growth across their Audit & Accounts offering, they’re now looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio and help drive the next stage of growth.

The Role

This is a broad and visible position offering a mix of:
*Audit management
*Accounts and advisory work
*Team leadership
*Client relationship management
You’ll work closely with Directors and Partners while managing your own portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities will include:
*Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Reviewing statutory accounts and financial statements
*Managing and developing client relationships
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Working closely with business owners and SMEs on wider advisory matters
*Ensuring work is delivered to deadlines and high technical standards
*Supporting wider growth and development across the firm

What They’re Looking For
*ACA / ACCA qualified
*Strong audit and accounts experience within accountancy practice
*Experience managing client relationships and leading assignments
*Comfortable working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Someone who enjoys a collaborative, down-to-earth culture
