Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group’s Engineering Services Division are supporting a well-established manufacturer based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Site Installer to join their high performing national installations project team.

The Site Installer will work as part of a 2 person team who are responsible for the on-site assembly & installation of various enclosures, containers, walls, louvers & structures.

The Site Installer is a field based position and will involve working away from home Monday to Friday (accommodation arranged and paid for, van provided, and generous food allowance)

Responsibilities for the Site Installer include:
*Interpret and execute installation plans
*Read technical drawings
*Assemble, install, and secure components, systems, or structures on-site
*Ensure installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and compliance with safety regulations
*Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
*Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues during installation or post-installation inspections
Skills & Competencies required for the Site Installer include:
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation
*Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*Physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, including heights or confined spaces
*Be able to read & understand RAMS
*CSCS card (required)
*Previous experience in site installation, construction, or a related field would be an advantage
*UK Driving Licence
*FLT, IPAF, and Telehandler licences would be an advantage
*PASMA certification
