About the Role
Reed’s client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Services team.


This is a varied role where you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver both day-to-day HR support and strategic projects. You will play a key role in improving people management, supporting change, and helping the organisation achieve its goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Provide expert advice on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
*Support managers with complex HR cases and manage risks effectively
*Assist with investigations, hearings and formal documentation
*Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning
*Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Use HR data to identify trends and improve performance
*Support wellbeing, engagement and development initiatives
*Mentor junior HR team members
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in a generalist HR role
*Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
*Experience supporting change and HR projects
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to analyse data and support decision-making
*CIPD qualification (desirable)
