Description
*Partner with senior leaders to provide insight, challenge and strategic guidance on performance and growth opportunities
*Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
*Support and influence commercial decision-making, including pricing strategies and profitability initiatives
*Deliver robust financial modelling, analysis and performance reporting to inform business planning
*Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across multiple business areas
*Drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial processes
*Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance teams
*Contribute to key projects, change initiatives and the evolution of the commercial finance function


Profile
We’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader with the ability to influence at the highest levels:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
*Proven background in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles within complex organisations
*Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
*Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
*Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling capabilities
*Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly and constructively challenge leadership
*Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
*Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £85,000 to £92,000 per annum.
