Job Description:
Full job descriptionFresh from your PGCE and ready to make a difference? Sheffield schools are waiting. We’re working with brilliant primary and SEND schools across Doncaster, all looking to welcome Early Career Teachers. Whether you’re dreaming of a buzzing Year 1 classroom or want to build your confidence in KS2, we’ll help you find the right fit—real support, proper planning time, and no intimidating SLTs.
What you can expect:
*Dedicated ECT mentors and supportive school teams
*Shared planning time and induction guidance
*A focus on wellbeing and professional growth—not just results
*Schools that remember what it’s like to be new
*Opportunities to stay long-term and develop your career
You’ll be brilliant for this role if you:
*Hold QTS and have completed your training
*Are excited (and maybe slightly nervous—we get it!) to start teaching
*Want a school that supports, mentors, and values you
*Are ready to bring creativity, care, and consistency to your classroom
Why work with Protocol Education?
*Weekly PAYE pay—no hidden deductions
*FREE access to our CPD academy, including Thrive wellbeing training
*Support from friendly, local consultants who know Doncaster schools
*Access to schools that genuinely invest in ECTs
Let’s help you land a role that fits like your favourite spot in the staffroom—the one by the kettle, of course.
