Are you a commercially minded Investment or Research professional looking for a broad, hands-on role within a dynamic environment? This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a diverse range of investment, research, and operational activities.
The Role
As an Investment & Research Associate, you’ll support a team across multiple areas including investment research, portfolio monitoring, and business analysis. You’ll be involved in gathering and structuring information, producing insight-led research on companies and markets, and supporting decision-making across investments.
The role also includes improving internal information systems, helping streamline workflows, preparing materials for board-level meetings, and tracking key developments across a range of investments and sectors.

Our client is a growing office with a strong entrepreneurial focus, involved in developing its own businesses, supporting high-growth companies, and managing a portfolio of investments. The team is small, collaborative, and closely connected to senior leadership, offering a high level of responsibility and exposure.
This is an office-based role in central London.

The ideal candidate will have:
*A strong academic background in business, economics, finance, investment or similar
*Experience in a research, investment, consulting, or analytically focused role
*Strong written and analytical skills with an ability to interpret business and market information
*Excellent organisational skills with experience improving or managing processes or information systems
*A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and intellectual curiosity
