We are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Lawyer to lead a long-established, successful, and profitable firm based in North London.

The RoleYou will be responsible for leading the Wills & Probate department, including:
*Managing and motivating a team
*Monitoring KPIs across field-based will writers
*Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
*Supporting the future growth of the business
*Assisting with acquisitions and integration of additional practices

*Qualified Lawyer / Solicitor with Wills & Probate experience
*Experience working within a law firm
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Commercial mindset with experience managing performance/KPIs
*Technology-savvy and open to innovation
Desirable:
*Current or previous practising certificate
*Experience supporting business growth, acquisitions, or integration projects
