About the role
You’ll specialise in transactional and part-qualified accountancy roles, working alongside another experienced Accountancy recruiter in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Proactive business development, building strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Client meetings, visiting organisations to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
*Candidate sourcing through advertising, networking, referrals and market mapping
*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates
*Working to clear targets and KPIs, with full visibility of your performance and earnings
What we’re looking for
*Recruitment experience, ideally within Accountancy, Finance or Professional Services
*A proactive, commercially minded approach to business development
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Resilience, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
