Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client is aglobal luxury interior design studio creating exceptional spaces worldwide. They are looking for a polished, proactive Front of House – Operations Executive to be the face of their busy central London studio and a key support to the Operations team.
The Role
*Maintain immaculate front-of-house areas and uphold studio standards
*Welcome clients, manage arrivals and provide hospitality
*Handle calls, meeting room bookings, AV set-ups and catering
*Oversee building access and staff movements
*Support Operations with admin across H&S, HR, projects and general studio upkeep
*Manage post, couriers, supplies and global office requests
*Track invoices and payments with Finance
*Coordinate global travel bookings
*Provide EA support to the Business Development Director
*Lead social and wellbeing activities across the studio
About You
*Experience in FOH, reception or office admin
*Confident with Microsoft Office and office equipment
*Strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
*Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
*Professional, well-presented and discreet
*Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating travel/logistics
The role is a Full-time, office-based role (Mon–Thu 9–6, Fri 9–5.30) close to Victoria Station.
