Full job descriptionA welcoming and well-regarded Prep School is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Religious Studies & Humanities Teacher to join their team for the Autumn 1 half term, covering the final part of a maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys delivering engaging lessons and fostering curiosity, discussion, and critical thinking across the humanities curriculum.
The Role*Teaching Religious Studies and Humanities across Years 5–9
*Full-time position
*Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
*Delivering creative, well-structured, and inclusive lessons
*Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development within a nurturing school environment
*Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience teaching Religious Studies and Humanities
*Strong classroom management skills
*A warm, engaging, and professional approach
*Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
