UK Staffing Group are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a high-energy, high-reward B2B advertising business in Macclesfield. Working in partnership with local councils across the UK, you’ll help small businesses gain valuable exposure through council-backed advertising solutions.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, supportive team where performance is recognised and rewarded. Around one-third of the current team are already earning £45,000+, alongside regular cash incentives.
With hybrid working, shorter-than-average hours and genuine earning potential, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career whilst maintaining work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Speaking with a mixture of warm leads and prospects on behalf of local councils
* Selling advertising opportunities across digital publications
* Building relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses
* Managing and growing your sales pipeline using the CRM system
* Developing your own network of customers and nurturing long-term relationships
Who We’re Looking For:
* Ambitious and motivated individuals looking to build a successful sales career
* Comfortable working towards targets and performance goals
* Confident, resilient and enthusiastic in your approach
* Money motivated and driven by rewards and progression
* Someone who enjoys working within a supportive, energetic team environment
Nice To Have:
* Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in a telephone-based role (preferred but not essential)
