Full job descriptionCommercial Solicitor (2–4 PQE) -Birmingham | £66,000 – £75,000 | Hybrid & Flexible Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading international law firm within its highly regarded Commercial Department in Birmingham. This is a fantastic chance to join a genuinely people-focused, supportive environment where high-quality work and career development go hand in hand.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters, including:
*Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including agency, distribution, franchising, and manufacturing agreements
*Supporting businesses with intellectual property protection, brand management, and IP licensing arrangements
*Advising on procurement, outsourcing, consultancy, IT projects, software licensing, development and hosting arrangements
*Handling joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investment arrangements, and share option schemes (including EMI schemes)
*Advising on corporate governance, directors’ duties, and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and wider data protection matters
This is a varied and engaging role offering exposure to complex, high-quality work across a diverse client base.
