Temporary Contract | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading housing provider based on the outskirts of Exeter. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last between 2 weeks and 1 month, offering an immediate start and weekly pay.
This is a busy, phone-based role focused on speaking with tenants, completing surveys, and accurately recording information on internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to tenants
*Complete census questionnaires over the phone
*Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys
*Accurately record responses and update systems
*Build rapport with customers and encourage participation
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous customer service or outbound calling experience
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
*Reliable and organised approach to work
