Vena Implementation Leadership
*Lead end-to-end implementation of the Vena Solutions across the global finance organisation.
*Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation consultants to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
*Translate FP&A and operational requirements into scalable system designs and workflows.
*Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with business objectives and future scalability.
*Ensure successful deployment, testing, training, and user adoption.
