Full job description Key Responsibilities
*Build, maintain, and grow senior-level relationships with corporate clients across the UK T&L sector
*Originate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships in line with strategic priorities
*Lead transactions end-to-end, including structuring, negotiation, and execution alongside product teams
*Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging regularly with Treasury and C-suite stakeholders
*Develop and execute strategic client account plans to maximise long-term value
*Identify sector trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to broader team strategy
*Coordinate internal stakeholders across products and geographies to deliver integrated solutions
*Lead pitch development and client presentations to secure new mandates
*Take ownership of portfolio performance, including revenue generation, credit quality, and risk management
*Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and KYC requirements
*Contribute to a collaborative team culture through coaching, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.


Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise
*10+ years’ experience in corporate or investment banking, with Director-level exposure in client coverage or origination
*Strong track record within the UK Transportation & Logistics sector, with demonstrable client relationships
*Proven ability to originate business, lead deal execution, and deliver against revenue targets
*Experience across lending, capital markets, and advisory products
*Sound understanding of credit risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
*Background within an international banking environment preferred
Qualifications
*Degree from a leading university (2:1 or equivalent or above)
*Fluent in English (written and spoken)
