Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
*Finance Business Partnering with EMEA IT department.
*Ownership of month end process in collaboration with cross functional teams
*Contribute to EMEA IT’s Forecast and Budget process.
*Tracking of Actual spend versus Budget for the IT Spend (Revex & Capex)
*Preparation and presentation of exec reporting / dashboards
*Delivery of ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior management.
*Management of the capitalisation process including periodic WIP reviews
*Manage inter-company invoicing for IT SLAs including updating the cost sharing calculations model.
*Review of spend requests from IT leads to ensure correct accounting treatment
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
*Great organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Team player focused on results and collaboration.
