How you’ll make an impact
As a Client Technology Account Executive, you will be immersed in all aspects of client delivery and product development work, including:
*Supporting clients to ensure the best levels of user experience.
*Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are tracked and adhered to
*Supporting testing and product launches.
*Utilising feedback to develop training materials, resources, generate ideas, and improve product functionality.
*Collaborating on product rollouts, webinars, demos, and training sessions.
*Managing basic customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalations.
*Assisting with routine administration duties to support the tracking and resolution of customer issues, client acceptance testing, change requests, testing, and issue reporting.
You will also have the opportunity for:
*Domestic travel, as required
*Increasing opportunities for client interaction and responsibility as your experience and capabilities evolve
*Support for industry qualifications
