My client is looking to hire a senior Head of Operations to help aid the build out and development of their front to back trade processing. Exposure to Broadridge is also very helpful but any comparable platform / TPA exposure is fine. The role will be assessing where they are now, helping implement best practice and streamline processing. The ideal candidate will be a proven ’Head of Operations’ from a hedge fund background and ideally have exposure to credit and convertible bonds. The role will be leading the function but shall still involve day to day BAU as and where needed.
