Ambition is working with a well-established and growing accountancy firm in Guildford that’s looking to welcome an Audit Assistant Manager to its growing and forward-thinking team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their audit career, with the chance to lead engagements, work across a broad range of sectors including life sciences and technology and be part of a firm that genuinely supports professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
*Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
*Support and mentor team members to help them grow
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and identities. The ideal candidate will bring:
*ACA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent qualified
*At least 2 years experience in audit within a UK accountancy firm
*Extensive exposure to UK GAAP
*Exposure to IFRS would be beneficial
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
*Right to work as sponsorship cannot be provided for this role
