What is required from you?
*A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
*As this is a Bank Care Assistant role you must have the flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required
*Previous experience working within a care home is required for this role.
A day in the life of a Care assistant:
*Companionship- Providing support
, companionship, communication and engagement
*Personal care -supporting
with a wash bath or shower and supporting
the client with dressing and oral care.
*Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
*Meals – Supporting
the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
*Domestic tasks -light cleaning tasks.
*Mobility -Supporting
the client to live as independently
as possible with their mobility.
*Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
