Our clients are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and confident Property Manager to join its growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.Hybrid/home based to look after a small exclusive portfolio in Northwest London.
The company is looking to further strengthen its property management department. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of skilled and experienced agents to ensure the effective management and successful letting of the company’s property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities*Working closely with landlords to ensure properties are managed professionally and efficiently.
*Managing tenant enquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the tenancy.
*Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance requirements.
*Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy obligations.
*Collaborating with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns across multiple channels to successfully let properties within the portfolio.

*High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Good administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook and confidence using property management software.
*A full, clean UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
*Be fully aware of current lettings legislation.
Although the role is mainly home based you will need to live in the NW3 area To be considered for the role.
