My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing business based on the Wirral on a fixed-term contract, with an immediate start available.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Manager, responsibilities will include:
*Managing customer accounts
*Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
*Reducing aged debt and improving cash flow
*Produce aged debtor reports
*Resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
*Allocating cash and reconciling accounts
*Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
*Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes
Person spec:
*Previous experience within Credit Control
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*A confident and professional telephone manner
