Salary £28,500 plus bonuses
Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Location: Rooksbridge, North Somerset
We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.


Job Role: Customer Care and Growth Executive


Main Duties:
*Prospective customer demonstrations – remote
*Existing customer demonstrations – remote
*Sales order processing
*Managing leads - tracking and generation
*Customer service and support
*Diary management
*Marketing support
*Process and procedures upkeep and management
*Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate
*Internal/External communication updates as required
*Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow
*General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job


Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
*Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)
*Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
*Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
*Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
*Can produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting
*Ability to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries
*Use a range of numerical and graphical data for the office environment
*Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision
*Show an awareness of others’ roles, responsibilities
*Strong organisational skills


Desirable
*Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology
*Knowledge of the dental sector
*Knowledge of the veterinary sector
*Understanding of digital media
*Understanding of consumer marketing
*Experience of b2b sales
*UK clean and current driving licence
