Reed Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a prestigious luxury publishing business based in Blackpool to recruit Appointment Setters to join their growing and successful sales team.
This well-established business produces high-end magazines featured in 5-star hotels, elite real estate offices (including The Oppenheim Group, as seen on Selling Sunset), and even private jets. With nearly a decade of success and continued growth, they offer a high-energy, professional environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

As an Appointment Setter you’ll be…
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a key role in the sales process by:
*Contacting businesses across the US to introduce advertising opportunities within a luxury publication
*Engaging with brands such as high-end jewellers, fine dining restaurants, premium real estate firms, and luxury hotels
*Booking qualified appointments for senior sales executives to close
*Focusing on quality conversations over high call volumes, typically spending around 1.5 hours on the phone per day
*Securing 2–3 high-quality appointments daily
You’ll be fully supported with pre-qualified leads, allowing you to focus on earning commission from day one.
And… you’ll have a dedicated team source and provide you with leads to contact, so your time is spent making commission!
Working Hours
Aligned to US markets:
*Monday–Thursday: 2pm–10pm or 3pm–11pm (rota)
*Friday: 10am–6pm
*35-hour working week
Salary & Commission
Training Period (First 4 Weeks):
*£600 per week basic
*2.5% commission
Post-Training:
*£450–£500 per week basic (DOE)
*5% uncapped commission
On Target Earnings: £40,000–£50,000
Top Performers: £70,000+
