Mobile Hydraulic Engineer (Hydraulics / Hose Repair)
£36,500 - £40,000 (OTE £45,000 - £48,000) + Door To Door Pay + Overtime + Company Van + Fuel Card + Tools Provided + Bonuses

Are you an experienced Hydraulic Engineer looking for a field-based role offering strong earning potential, overtime opportunities and long-term stability?
Do you enjoy working independently, solving problems on-site and delivering high levels of customer service in fast-paced environments?
The company are a specialist provider of on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repair services, operating across Scotland with a 24/7 emergency response offering.
With a strong reputation for reliability, safety and customer support, the business continues to grow and is now looking to strengthen its field service team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with hydraulic hose repair experience to join a supportive and professional business offering a company vehicle, ongoing training and excellent earning potential.
The Role:
*Carry out on-site hydraulic hose repairs and maintenance across customer sites
*Attend breakdowns and emergency callouts as part of a rota system (1 in 4)
*Diagnose hydraulic faults and replace hoses and associated components
*Deliver high levels of customer service while working independently in the field
*Maintain safe working practices and adhere to company safety standards
*Complete service documentation and job reports accurately
The Person:
*Experience in hydraulic hose maintenance and repair
*Background as a Hydraulic Engineer, Hose Engineer, Plant Engineer or similar
*Full UK Driving Licence
