Operations Coordinator
Our client is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their team in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy and collaborative business, taking on a varied role with real responsibility and scope to grow.
The successful candidate will be central to the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working closely with internal teams and external contacts while contributing to a high standard of service and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support day-to-day operational activities across the full job lifecycle
*Coordinate work and maintain accurate job records and documentation
*Prepare and submit required compliance and project documentation
*Help ensure projects are completed accurately and closed out to the required standard
*Monitor operational activity and resolve issues to support smooth service delivery
*Produce and maintain manuals, reports, and supporting documentation
*Support and coordinate external partners and internal teams
*Provide cross-functional support across customer service, scheduling, and operations
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience in a similar role.
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage a varied workload and adapt quickly to changing priorities
*Confidence in handling documentation and maintaining compliance
*Ability to work accurately across a range of operational tasks
