Full job descriptionKenneth Brian associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in their industry for an Export Coordinator. This role would suit someone who has experience within shipping/freight forwarding.
Duties:
*Co-ordinate logistic operations start to finish for companies’, employees/customers in the UK and internationally
*Setting up clients on the database - ensuring all details are up to date and correct
*Building & developing relationships with clients
*Supporting tenders and contract bids
*Produce quotations regarding their operational plans
*Organising and arranging all operational plans, making sure to schedule and monitor the development of these
Experience Required:
*3 or more years customer service experience
*Export, shipping and freight forwarding experience
*Previous experience of working in a client focused environment
*Strong computer literacy & good understanding of various platforms
*Accuracy is a must as you will be inputting data
*Please note this role is fully office based so you must live within a commutable distance of Crawley
*Finally, you must be enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team
