Joining a small finance team and working on EITHER a 2 or 3 day per week basis, your focus shall be on...
*Preparing all aspects of Payroll for circa 200 people with the support of an external bureau
*Calculating overtime/ pay increases etc
*Operating as "Payroll expert" for the company and dealing with subsequent questions
*Deducing tax and NI payments
The successful candidate will...
*A strong understanding of Tax and Payroll laws
*Have (ideally) worked in a stand alone Payroll capacity before but at least have managed a similar sized Payroll before (ie. circa 200+)
*An analytical mindset and be able to improve processes/ systems when and where needed
*Be comfortable working for either 2 or 3 days per week
*Be available to start a new role immediately
