Quality Inspector (Precision Engineering / ISO:9001)
£35,000 - £40,000 + Early Finish On A Friday + Healthcare Scheme + Training + Days Only Benefits

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector from a precision engineering or manufacturing background looking to join a well-established business where quality is central to everything they do?
Do you enjoy working hands-on with inspection processes, ISO systems, and continuous improvement within a close-knit engineering environment?
The company are a subcontract precision engineering business with over six decades of industry experience manufacturing high-precision components for a range of sectors including the Aerospace, Defence and Medical markets.
Based in Wincanton, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and craftsmanship, operating to ISO 9001 standards and maintaining long-standing customer relationships through consistently high-quality work.

The Role:
*Managing and developing the company ISO 9001 Quality Management System
*Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspections
*Ensuring components meet customer specifications and tolerances
*Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
*Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
*Maintaining quality documentation, procedures, and inspection records
The Person:
*Experience within a Quality Inspector or Quality Engineering role
*Background within precision engineering or manufacturing environments
