Salary: £18 - £25 per hour (depending on experience)
Overview
Time Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team in Little Hulton. This role is ideal for a skilled individual with a strong background in structural engineering and a commitment to producing high-quality fabrication work.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform MIG welding to a high professional standard
*Carry out fabrication work based on detailed engineering drawings
*Interpret and read technical / engineering drawings accurately
*Assemble and manufacture structural components
*Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards
*Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements
*Proven experience as a MIG Welder / Fabricator
*Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
*Previous experience working within structural engineering environments
*Strong fabrication skills with attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
*TIG welding experience (preferred but not essential)
*Experience working with a variety of materials and thicknesses
*Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications
Personal Attributes
*High level of accuracy and pride in workmanship
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Good communication skills
*Health and safety conscious
