Description
The Corporate Senior Associate will be:


* Advising on complex M&A and private equity transactions
* Working on IPOs, public takeovers and cross border deals
* Managing transactions from inception through to completion
* Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation
* Working closely with private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
Profile
The Corporate Senior Associate should be:


* A solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law
* Experienced in M&A and private equity transactions
* Comfortable managing complex matters and client relationships
* Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
* Able to work effectively within a high performing collaborative team
* Interested in developing their career within a leading regional law firm
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £85,000 to £95,000.
*Bonus potential of up to 35%.
