We’re looking for a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join an education SAAS company on an initial 3-6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this hands-on role will support a period of increased reporting, pricing, and commercial performance analysis activity. The position sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategic decision-making, partnering closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business. This role is hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home with some international travel.
Key Responsibilities*Analyse revenue, margins, and programme/client profitability
*Provide commercial insights on performance trends and key drivers
*Support financial modelling, pricing, and commercial proposals
*Produce and enhance management reporting across sales, revenue, utilisation, and delivery metrics
*Deliver clear, actionable commentary to senior stakeholders
*Support evaluation of new business opportunities and margin assumptions
What We’re Looking For*Part Qualified/ Qualified Accountant
*Strong commercial finance and analytical experience
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability and ideally Power BI
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Languages: Spanish, German or Arabic would be an additional bonus
