Ecommerce Executive - Fast-growing fashion brand | Salary - Upto £32k DOE + Benefits
Location - Liverpool

Known for blending functionality with a clean, elevated aesthetic, the brand creates product designed to move seamlessly with everyday lifestyles.
The Role:
As an Ecommerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in product merchandising, campaign execution, and performance analysis. The Ecommerce Executive will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure the site is engaging, commercially effective, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and maintain product listings across the website and app, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong presentation
*Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and trading campaigns
*Assist with daily merchandising, using data such as stock levels, bestsellers, conversion rate, and newness to inform decisions
*Work closely with the creative team to build engaging, high-performing landing pages
*Monitor key performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, traffic, and profitability
*Identify opportunities to improve on-site performance and support actions to drive results
*Support the use of on-site tools and product discovery platforms to enhance user experience and conversion
*Use analytics to understand customer behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities
*Collaborate with marketing, content, customer service, and development teams to ensure a seamless online journey
About You:
*Previous experience in an ecommerce or digital role is advantageous
*Strong attention to detail with a high standard of execution
*Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform decisions
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn and develop
*Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functional
