The role of the Estimator - Flat Roofing will involve:
*Estimator position promoting a range of Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects
*Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments.
*Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for flat roofing and construction projects.
*Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
*Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
*Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards.
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Flat Roofing will with:
*Must have experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry
*Ideally have experience in flat roofing
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary
*IT literate
