Digital Data Analyst
Up to 48k
London (Hybrid)

You will transform digital trading questions into actionable insights, shaping how performance is measured and optimised across the funnel. You will work at the intersection of digital trading and analytics, ensuring that data is translated into meaningful insights that drive performance.* Turning digital trading questions into clear analytical frameworks and insight led recommendations
* Analysing funnel performance to optimise conversion, engagement, and customer journeys
* Partnering with stakeholders across trading, marketing, and product to influence decision making
* Using GA4 and GTM to track, measure, and enhance digital performance
* Building dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate insights effectively
* Developing semantic models and leveraging DAX to support scalable reporting and analytics
* Working closely with engineering teams to brief requirements and ensure accurate data captureYour Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience within digital analytics, ecommerce, or retail environments
* Hands on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
* Advanced Power BI capability, including semantic modelling and DAX
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Experience working with stakeholders and influencing decisions across multiple teams
* Understanding of digital performance metrics and funnel optimisation
* Comfortable briefing technical teams and ensuring sound data implementationWhat They Offer
