We are working with a growing multi-site business based in Waterloo to recruit a newly created Assistant Management Accountant role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant who is looking to develop their management accounting experience in a hands-on, commercially focused environment. Working closely with a qualified Management Accountant, you will support the production of monthly management accounts and gain exposure to budgeting, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting and multi-site financial analysis.

The role will include:
*Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
*Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
*Producing analysis and reporting across multiple sites
*Investigating variances and supporting the month-end close
*Working closely with operational teams and finance colleagues
*Supporting process improvements as the finance function continues to grow
The ideal candidate will be:
*Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
*Experienced in month-end, reconciliations or management accounts support
*Confident working with Excel and finance systems
*Keen to develop within a fast-paced, multi-site business
*Proactive, accurate and comfortable working to deadlines
