Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated KS2 SEN Teacher to join a welcoming 1 form entry primary school in Barnet from September.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the school’s Alternative Resource Provision (ARP), supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs in a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Have previous experience working within an ARP provision
*Have strong experience supporting children with Autism
*Be confident delivering differentiated learning to meet individual needs
*Have excellent behaviour management and communication skills
*Be passionate about inclusive education and pupil progress
The role:
*Full-time, permanent position
*September 2026 start
*Working within a KS2 ARP provision
*Collaborative and supportive senior leadership team
*Opportunities for professional development and progression
Salary:
£41,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
