Job Description:
Full job descriptionAdele Carr Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a a highly successful, profitable and number one in their field FMCG business with reference to a Finance Manager requirement.
The role is fast paced, hands on and rewarding, working with a very reputable and welcoming team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Finance Director with the day to day running of the department to ensure Company financials are accurately maintained and all deadlines are met.
*Cash Flow Management and working capital oversight
*Weekly and Monthly Group Reporting
*Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting
*Ensuring financial regulatory compliance
*Main Lead with auditors
*Ensure internal controls are in place and regularly reviewed
*Maintain efficient filing systems for the office to ensure proper and secure storage and timely retrieval and control of information.
*Drive continuous improvement, proactively reviewing current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
The Person:
*Fully Qualified or QBE
*Strong financial accounting and team management experience
*Experience of process improvement and streamlining
*A self starter who can well autonomously and in a team
*Strong Excel and system skills
