They’re on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales to elevate our services and drive success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
*Generating valuations and new business opportunities
*Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Delivering excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process
*Working towards and exceeding monthly targets
Requirments:
*Previous experience within residential property sales
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Target-driven and commercially minded
*Full UK driving licence
*Own vehicle essential
*Professional, motivated, and well-presented
*Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Basic / £60K+ OTE Plus Milage

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm and every other Saturday.
