Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + shift allowance
Shifts: Days, Backs & Nights (rotating)
Contract: Temp to Perm OpportunityThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for Dry Mix Operatives to join the team, a leading food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to go permanent.
Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for blending and handling dry ingredients to produce high-quality food products in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities*Accurately weighing and mixing dry ingredients
*Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
*Following recipes and batch specifications
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
*Completing production records and quality checks
*Adhering to Health & Safety and food safety regulations
*Supporting the wider production team when required
Requirements*Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment (preferred but not essential)
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Flexibility to work across days, backs and night shifts
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Reliability and a positive work ethic
