Commercial Manager
London, Hybrid
Salary up to £55,000
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a commercially critical role within a fast growing consumer finance business that is scaling its digital products. You will play a key part in shaping pricing, performance, and growth across aggregator channels, working at the intersection of data, product, and commercial strategy.

The Role
*Own and support the development of product and pricing strategy across own branded and co branded products.
*Use data and customer insight to optimise pricing models, conversion, and overall portfolio performance.
*Track and report on key commercial performance metrics such as applications, sales, and conversion rates.
*Identify new growth opportunities within aggregator and affiliate channels.
*Ensure all activity meets regulatory requirements and internal standards.
*Partner closely with product, credit risk, decisioning, and analytics teams to deliver commercial change.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience within consumer finance or a similar regulated environment.
*Proven capability in pricing strategy, performance optimisation, or revenue growth.
*Confident working with data, including using SQL to interrogate and analyse large datasets.
*Experience building or maintaining reporting using tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or analytics platforms.
*Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
*Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across technical and non technical stakeholders.
